1 Samuel 17:35 And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his
mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him,
and slew him.
1 Samuel 17:36 Thy servant slew both the lion and the bear: and this uncircumcised
Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he hath defied the armies of the
living God.
1 Samuel 17:37 David said moreover, The LORD that delivered me out of the paw of
the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of
this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the LORD be with thee.
MESSAGE
There is one other very important principle for
provoking signs and wonders akin to prayer and worship; this is testifying to
the goodness, majesty and wonder-working power of the Almighty God. Some years
back, I observed that I could not hear people very well when they talked with
me. While they were almost shouting at the top of their voices talking with me,
I would say to them “Louder please; speak up”. I later found out that there was
a growth in my hearing canals. The doctor who did the check-up advised that I
should be ready for urgent medical operation but I told her that I was not
ready for the operation. After she left, I told God that I did not want healing
but brand new ears. Seven days later, the doctor came back and did another
check-up. This time, she found nothing and she could not hold back her
amazement at the wonderful works of God. It was a simple matter with the Lord
because He only had to replace the old, faulty parts with brand new ones. He
will do the same for you today in the Name of Jesus.
A man who had been married but childless for some
years listened to this testimony of mine and his faith was provoked. He had
been told that he had no sperm count and so his case could not be medically
helped. He said to himself, “Since what I have cannot be improved upon
medically, let me ask for a total replacement from above.” After prayers during
one of our all-night programmes, he got back to his house and dreamed that he
saw me walk and smile towards him. He woke up and knew that the Lord had
visited him. By the time he was Sharing his testimony, the man with no sperm
count at all was carrying his own child. I pray that your testimony will be
greater than this in Jesus’ Name. Either your testimony or the testimonies of
others can provoke faith which in turn will provoke signs and wonders because
Romans 10:17 says:
"So
then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
Because your testimony about what the Lord has done
for you is a form of praise, worship and practical show of gratitude, it is
very potent in provoking further signs and wonders. I want to encourage you to
cultivate the habit of listening to testimonies. These testimonies often
provoke miracle-working faith in hearers just like or even more than sermons.
The problem with some children of God is that they sometimes feel that time
given to testimonies is a waste; hence they don’t pay attention to them. I
decree that you are the next to give your testimony in Jesus’ Name.

Cultivate the habit of sharing your testimonies,
and your miracles will not only be permanent but will also increase.

ReplyDeleteI am a corp member (NYSC). I shall be rounding up by February this year by God's grace. I have much to thank God for in my Life; I have never encounter delay in my studies. Though I started primary schl late bt God made me the best and in my secondary schl he celebrated me with the best O-level result and crowned me the best in my session. God also blessed me with good Janb score which He used in giving me admission into the university the very year I finished secondary schl. He sponsored me through a non governmental scholarship which I applied by chance and today I am a gradute with good class of degree fron department of Accountancy. God helped me to make batch A of NYSC which most of colleagues couldn't make for one reason or the other. I thank God for His unmerited favour, who could ever imagine that a fatherless child whose mother is abandoned could be a graduate? Glory to God. I am also appreciating God for a very good Job I am looking upto Him for.

ReplyDeleteI thank God for my wedding last year August! Wen d wedding was apporachin I had financail challenges!, I was not paid salary for almost 5 months! I tot I will be paid my salaries before the weddin but I was not paid! I pray 2 God that I didnt ve any penny on me and d weddin was only 2 wks 2 go, I almost cancelled d weddin, but God said I shudn't worry that he would do it....to my utmost suprise, a PP contract came and d person I didnt work for,helped me for d wedding..praise God! Exactly a month after my weddin my wife concieved...God I love U...U re so awesome, U re great, Wonerful...in short am short of words....thank u Everlasting Father!

After the August 2010 convention; I came back to Abuja and resigned from a N30,000 salary job to establish my own company and God has been sustaining me ever since. Space will not permit me to share all but I'll testify on one as concise I can.In the 1st quarter of 2011 at RCCG Green pasture Nyanya Abuja; those interested for a change in their lifes were instructed to give God what will cost them something. I emptied my account which was then a token of N50,000. Two weeks later, God favoured me with a property business and I made a 7 digit profit which enabled me acquire a 2007 Toyota Camry as car was of great need to me then. God will perfect the earnest expectations of all who believe He can repeat a far greater Miracle in 1st quarter of this year in their lifes.

ReplyDeleteHaving been home away from home, I thank God for how He has been sustaining me, keeping and watching over me. The year 2013 was very challenging, but somehow somehow God positioned certain ppl on our way at every inch of the journey and it was a blessing. 2, my prayer ministry that I started a year before nearly fold up, but God renewed my energy after a job that I got that led to my relocation. To date, we're waxing stronger and I have added other avenues to the ministry. 2. Though, a foreigner, I became a candidate for public office that everybody was seeking to know and meet. What a blessing from God. 3, I b just want to give Him all the glory that I am alive today, as I am not a statistics. My little angel is doing wonderfully great and I give God the glory.
